For security reasons (in case of non-receipt etc.), or unless you instruct us otherwise, Reel4Transfer.com will retain digital copies of your transferred material in the strictest confidence for 6 months for back-up purposes. If you do not contacted us before the end of that period, then we will assume you have received both the original tapes together with the digitally transferred copies, and are happy with the result.
We do not normally keep back-ups of material for any longer than 6 months.
